EasyKlip Tarp Clips
The latest innovation in securing or fastening down fabric used in tents and tarps, banners, temporary curtains, backdrops or cycloramas, and temporary projection screens is the EasyKlip tarp and sign clip. It can be used anywhere you need to stretch or secure a fabric without ripping or puncturing it.
EasyKlips clips can replace eyelets or grommets used on tents, tarps and boat covers that frequently tear or fray. Banners can be secured at the top, bottom, or sides without tearing. Temporary curtains and backdrops can be hung for easy removal later. Cycloramas, often used in theater to create a panoramic background can be secured in place effortlessly with these clips. A temporary project screen can be lowered and secured with an EasyKlip clip for simple release later. The clips are reusable, easy and quick to reposition if necessary, and no other tools are required to use them. That quick repositioning allows the sizes of these fabric surfaces to be adjusted simply by folding them to the correct size and reapplying the EasyKlip tarp clips.
The wedge lock principle is used in the design of the clips, which means the greater the pressure on the clip the stronger it holds. This is accomplished through a set of jaws which grab the fabric and lock via the sliding motion of the clip. As a tie pulls on the clip, it serves only to tighten the grip of the clip even further. EasyKlip tarp clips offer a median loading capacity of up to 220 pounds. They can grip up to a 6mm (almost ¼ inch) sheet, which make them ideal for holding velour or velvet curtains that are sometimes used in theaters.
The EasyKlip clips are available in two different sizes. Used especially for banners, the EasyKlip Mini’s smaller size makes it less conspicuous and popular for use on banners in trade shows and on billboards. The EasyKlip Midi is perfect for larger loads such as tarps used in camping, farming, boating, or automotive applications. The Midi clip is also used in theater applications for curtains and backdrops. The EasyKlip Bungee cords offer a shock cord loop and single hook, allowing it to be looped through itself around other objects like poles, frames or fences – making it perfect for hanging banners and signs. The bungees cords are available in 6 inch and 10 inch lengths.
EasyKlips tarp clips are available in four packs for resale in retail outlets, or in bulk as well. The Mini clips are available in white or black, and the Midi clips are available in blue, white, or black. Other colors are available through special order and require a minimum volume. The bungee cords are available in black or white with silver hooks.
